Getting burnt quick...
Lately, I have been getting completely burnt out after my oncall shifts. Oncall is for a week where for 8 hours I am the primary contact for everything that goes wrong at work. There have been periods when I have for weeks been doing this sort of thing without feeling pooped out. But not lately.

I have had two red bulls today and am still feeling tired. Lack of Oxygen maybe? Hmm...

Don't know about lack of Oxygen, but you need food that does a slow release of energy and lots of water. Try protein rich stuff like cottage cheese, fish or chicken. Avoid rice like the plague (too much starch). Have your Red Bull half an hour after food, not before it, not along with it.

Night-outs are easy. 36 hr days are easy too ;-)
